About the role
You will support four to six participants across a fortnight, in their homes and out in the community.
What you will do
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and transport
- Clear, same-day progress notes
- Work with the participant’s coordinator on plan goals
What you will bring
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A current driver licence and a reliable car
- First aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain
