Introduction
What this support actually looks like
A support coordinator helps you turn a plan document into supports that actually run. That means explaining what each budget covers, finding providers with real capacity, setting up service agreements and following up when something is not working.
We work with you, not around you. You choose the providers; we do the ringing around, the comparing and the chasing. If you would rather learn to do it yourself, we will teach you that instead — the goal is for you to need us less.

- Your plan has changed and you are not sure what it now covers
- You are juggling several providers and it has become confusing
- A provider is not delivering what was agreed
- You are preparing for a plan review and want it to go well

Questions
About support coordination
No. It is funded under Capacity Building and has to be included specifically. If it is not in your plan and you think you need it, we can help you build the case for your next review.
Yes, and most of our coordination participants do. Coordination is deliberately kept separate from service delivery so the advice you get is genuinely independent.
Plan management handles the money — paying invoices and tracking budgets. Support coordination handles the supports — finding them, setting them up and keeping them working. Many participants have both, from different organisations.
